各種電池類型的能量密度

鋰(li)是一(yi)種(zhong)金屬(shu)元素,其化學符號為(wei)Li(其英文名為(wei)lithium),是一(yi)種(zhong)銀(yin)白色(se)、十分柔軟、化學性能(neng)活潑的(de)(de)金屬(shu),在(zai)金屬(shu)中(zhong)是最輕的(de)(de)。它除了(le)應(ying)用(yong)于原子能(neng)工業外,可制造特(te)(te)種(zhong)合金、特(te)(te)種(zhong)玻(bo)璃(電(dian)視機上用(yong)的(de)(de)熒光(guang)屏玻(bo)璃)及鋰(li)電(dian)池。在(zai)鋰(li)電(dian)池中(zhong)它用(yong)作電(dian)池的(de)(de)陽極。

 

鋰電(dian)池(chi)也分成(cheng)(cheng)兩大(da)類(lei):不可(ke)(ke)(ke)充電(dian)的(de)(de)(de)及可(ke)(ke)(ke)充電(dian)的(de)(de)(de)兩類(lei)。不可(ke)(ke)(ke)充電(dian)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)池(chi)稱(cheng)為(wei)一(yi)次性(xing)(xing)電(dian)池(chi),它(ta)只能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)將(jiang)化學(xue)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)一(yi)次性(xing)(xing)地轉化為(wei)電(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng),不能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)將(jiang)電(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)還原回化學(xue)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(或(huo)者還原性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)極差)。而可(ke)(ke)(ke)充電(dian)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)池(chi)稱(cheng)為(wei)二次性(xing)(xing)電(dian)池(chi)(也稱(cheng)為(wei)蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi))。它(ta)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)將(jiang)電(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)轉變成(cheng)(cheng)化學(xue)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)儲(chu)存起來,在使(shi)用時,再(zai)將(jiang)化學(xue)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)轉換成(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng),它(ta)是可(ke)(ke)(ke)逆的(de)(de)(de),如電(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)化學(xue)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)鋰電(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)(de)主要特點。

鋰(li)離(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)電池(chi)的(de)(de)正極(ji)(ji)材料通常(chang)有鋰(li)的(de)(de)活性化(hua)合(he)物(wu)組成,負極(ji)(ji)則是特殊分子(zi)(zi)(zi)結(jie)構的(de)(de)碳(tan)(tan).常(chang)見(jian)的(de)(de)正極(ji)(ji)材料主要成分為 LiCoO2 ,充電時,加在電池(chi)兩(liang)極(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)電勢迫使正極(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)化(hua)合(he)物(wu)釋(shi)出鋰(li)離(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi),嵌入負極(ji)(ji)分子(zi)(zi)(zi)排列呈片層結(jie)構的(de)(de)碳(tan)(tan)中(zhong)。放電時,鋰(li)離(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)則從片層結(jie)構的(de)(de)碳(tan)(tan)中(zhong)析出,重新和正極(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)化(hua)合(he)物(wu)結(jie)合(he).鋰(li)離(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)移動(dong)產生(sheng)了(le)電流大(da)容量鋰(li)電池(chi)。

 

化學(xue)反(fan)應原理(li)雖(sui)然(ran)很簡單(dan),然(ran)而(er)在(zai)實際的(de)(de)工業生產中,需(xu)要考(kao)慮的(de)(de)實際問題(ti)要多(duo)得(de)多(duo):正極(ji)的(de)(de)材料(liao)需(xu)要添加劑(ji)來保(bao)持多(duo)次充放的(de)(de)活性(xing),負極(ji)的(de)(de)材料(liao)需(xu)要在(zai)分(fen)子結構(gou)級(ji)去設計以容(rong)納更多(duo)的(de)(de)鋰離(li)子;填充在(zai)正負極(ji)之(zhi)間的(de)(de)電解液,除(chu)了保(bao)持穩定,還(huan)需(xu)要具(ju)有良好導電性(xing),減(jian)小電池內阻。

 

雖然鋰離(li)子電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)很少有鎳鎘電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)記憶效應,記憶效應的(de)原理(li)是(shi)結(jie)(jie)晶化,在(zai)鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)中(zhong)幾(ji)乎不會產(chan)生(sheng)這(zhe)種反應.但是(shi),鋰離(li)子電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)在(zai)多(duo)次充(chong)放(fang)后容(rong)量仍然會下降,其原因(yin)是(shi)復雜而多(duo)樣的(de).主(zhu)要是(shi)正負極(ji)材(cai)料本身的(de)變(bian)化,從分子層面來(lai)看,正負極(ji)上容(rong)納鋰離(li)子的(de)空穴結(jie)(jie)構會逐漸塌陷、堵塞;從化學角度來(lai)看,是(shi)正負極(ji)材(cai)料活性鈍化,出現(xian)副反應生(sheng)成穩定(ding)的(de)其他化合物(wu)(wu).物(wu)(wu)理(li)上還會出現(xian)正極(ji)材(cai)料逐漸剝落等(deng)情(qing)況,總之最終(zhong)降低了(le)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)中(zhong)可(ke)以自由在(zai)充(chong)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)過程中(zhong)移動的(de)鋰離(li)子數目。
